• 40mm Hardened Steel Burrs - Quality burrs and a solid motor are the heart of a good grinder. These burrs do a solid job grinding coffee for aeropress, drip, French press, and lots of other brew methods. The Encore does a killer job with coarser brewing methods, but we wouldn’t recommend it for espresso.
• 40 Grind Settings - The Encore offers 40 grind settings so you can fine-tune your coffee based on your brewing method and batch size. We recommend starting around 20 for drip and most other brewing methods and adjusting to taste from there.
