Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! To edit your subscription including pausing, skipping, or updating billing info, log into your Sunergos account and click on 'My Subscriptions'. If you need any help, drop us an email!
When will my coffee ship?
Coffees ship within 4 business days of subscription renewal or confirmation. We are committed to only shipping you the freshest coffee, which means we roast every subscription coffee to order.
Roasting cycles start on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Depending on when your subscription renews, we’ll ship out your coffee after the next roasting cycle.
Can I subscribe to multiple coffees?
Yes! Simply add several subscription products to your cart before checking out. Just make sure the subscription frequency is the same so they ship together.
