Story
Sourced from the Worka Sakaro Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Gedio Zone, this coffee is produced by more than 400 smallholder farmers farming steep, high-altitude hillsides at 2,000–2,200 meters above sea level—an ideal environment for slow maturation and complex flavor.
The result is a clean, vibrant, and expressive coffee that stands out on the menu—offering floral notes with bright citrus and rich brown sugar. This is a great option for both drip and espresso, and it's also delicious when brewed at home.
