Production & Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

This position will be under the direct authority of the Production Manager . Their primary job is to ensure that all coffee is packaged with excellent accuracy while assisting and maintaining many operations of the roastery. Their work directly affects all aspects of coffee distribution.

This job operates pneumatic machines to load and distribute the coffee into bags. This job also creates the packaging for the coffee and lastly helps assemble orders in a timely fashion. Timeliness is an essential part of the job.

This is a part-time position (Tuesdays & Thursdays) located at our roastery in the Beechmont neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing loads for packaging.
• Package coffee for customer orders.
• Assist in fulfilling orders to meet all deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to confidently and consistently be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Temperature inside the roastery varies — the ideal candidate will be able to work within hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
