Shipping policy

Coffees ship within four (4) business days of your order. Freshness is paramount to brew the tastiest coffee possible and we are committed to only ship the freshest whole bean coffee to you. In order to achieve this, we roast every bag of coffee to order and ship at the soonest roast cycle possible after your order comes in.

Our first roasting cycle begins on Monday morning and our second begins on Wednesday morning. If you place an order before 12pm EST on Mondays, your coffee will be roasted and shipped out Tuesday afternoon. If you place an order before 12pm EST on Wednesdays, your coffee will be roasted and shipped out Thursday afternoon.

Due to the speed of shipping and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer ground coffee on our website. If you don’t yet have a grinder at home, we do have several great grinders available for purchase at a variety of price ranges!
