Standard Recipe:
33g coffee • 500g water • 208°F
Method:
Prepare Dripper & Rinse Filter: Place Etkin dripper on a serving vessel, insert your filter, and rinse with 100g hot (208°F) water. Pour out the water from the vessel into the sink.
0:00 - Bloom: Starting in the center of the coffee bed, pour to 70g in a spiral motion.
1:00 - Second Pour: Pour to 300g in a spiral motion starting from the center and working outwards.
1:50 - Third Pour: Quickly pour to 400g in a spiral motion.
2:25 - Fourth Pour: Quickly pour to 500g in a spiral motion.
Tips:
Aim for a total brew time anywhere between 3-4 minutes.
