Sunergos is always looking for skilled and motivated baristas to join our team at any of our five cafes. 

Hospitality is the number one priority for Sunergos. It is at the heart of everything we do. We seek to be hospitable for guests and each other in every aspect of our work. As a Sunergos barista, you will play an invaluable role when it comes to hospitality. 

Job Responsibilities

• Foster a hospitable atmosphere for guests and coworkers
• Craft delicious beverages in accordance with Sunergos training and standards
• Attend monthly trainings at our training lab
• Follow shift checklists to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain a clean work environment

Compensation & Benefits

Barista compensation will be a function of an hourly wage and tips collected. Starting pay is $10/hr with scheduled raises every 12 months. Full-time baristas who work 30hrs/wk or more will also be eligible for the following benefits:

• 50% of employees health care premium (with options to add vision/dental)
• Retirement account
• Paid time off
• 1.5x pay for select holidays
