More Info

Sumatra Mandheling is sourced from the Jagong Mill in Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia. The mill is owned and operated by Irham Junus along with his son Andi and daughter Ina. Though this coffee is a medium roast, it has characteristics of a darker roast. This is primarily due to the method of processing coffee cherries common to Indonesia, known as “Giling Basah.” Sumatra is a heavier and more savory coffee than most others in our lineup.
