Grown by more than 2,600 smallholder farmers — each tending around 250 trees on less than a tenth of a hectare — this coffee is a testament to what community processing done right can produce.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter harvest, cherries are delivered to the washing station, depulped the same day, fermented underwater for 12–24 hours, washed, then dried on raised beds for approximately 20 days. The result is a beautifully clean, vibrant cup.
